Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• All products must be in good, resalable condition.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shoppegogos@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at shoppegogos@gmail.com within 5 of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
